Plain and simple:
Tell us what you're looking for—it could be cheaper packaging, offshore manufacturing, or promotional materials. Whatever it is, we’ll find it, organize samples, and handle all communication so you don’t have to.
During or before the sampling process, you’ll receive accurate quotes directly from the supplier. We do not inflate these quotes—you will ALWAYS be charged at cost price. Depending on the products you’re sourcing, there may be sampling fees. Thanks to our strong supplier relationships, samples are free 9 times out of 10. However, shipping fees for sample delivery will apply.
Once you’re happy with the product quality, production begins. Lead times vary by industry, but we’ll keep you updated at every step with images and videos of your order throughout the manufacturing process.
When production is complete, we’ll recommend reputable 3PL services we trust. You can choose to create an account with them or let us handle the logistics on your behalf.
How do we get paid?
At SupplyIQ, our mission is to help small businesses grow into thriving companies. Our fee is simple: we charge a 15% sourcing fee on the total order value (excluding sampling and shipping fees). This fee applies to your first five orders with us.
After these orders, you’ll have the option to join our SupplyIQ Hub or tackle global sourcing independently, equipped with the experience and skills we’ll teach you along the way.
